An experienced and multi-disciplinary team
Stéphane supervise les activités opérationnelles, depuis la conception du projet jusqu'à sa réalisation incluant le développement et le marketing.
Il cumule plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans la direction de projet à l'international dans les secteurs de la communication, du transport, de l'énergie et de la sécurité ; par le passé, il a dirigé la division Intégration et Services d'Alcatel et a été vice-président du groupe Services d'Alcatel-Lucent.
Stéphane est diplômé de l'École des Mines et de IESE Business School.
Raphael has an MBA from the Argentinean university UCEMA. He speaks 5 languages. He began his career with the Accor group in Buenos Aires. In charge of the development of hotel brands, he opened the first SOFITEL, NOVOTEL and IBIS hotels in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. On his return to Europe, he took over the management of the Spanish subsidiary of SFEH in Madrid. During his 10 years at the head of IECSA, he refocused the business towards Africa and China and diversified into the agro-industrial sector. He loves adventure, particularly in the Andes and Patagonia, and regularly travels around that region on horseback, by kayak and 4x4s.
He has also run several New York and Chicago Marathons.
Of dual French-British nationality and having lived abroad for a number of years, Benjamin has always moved in an international environment. After studies in international trade and some time working first in large-scale distribution then as a consultant, Benjamin joined the SFEH group in 2003 in order to develop the disposable devices business before evolving towards the development of hospital equipment projects. A specialist in turnkey assembly in the Healthcare Export sector, he plays an active role in the conception and piloting of the company's strategic undertakings.
A biomedical engineer who is passionate about new technologies, with over 15 years' experience in the sphere of turnkey projects in the different regions of Asia, Africa and Latin America, Marc concentrates mainly on the technical and economic issues of our clients' projects.
He strives to seek the right balance between performance and budget, taking into account the technical, logistical, maintenance and after-sales aspects. Making each project a unique, tailor-made experience at the service of our client is what makes him passionate about his work!
